Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified:
(a) Approval of annual contract between Tyler Technologies and Burnet County Sheriff's Office for Database Cloud Sync in an amount not to exceed $4,000;
(b) Authorize the County Judge to sign the verification of submission of the annual report to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission for the Bertram & Oakalla Library, Herman Brown Free Library, Marble Falls Library, and Spicewood Library.
