Subject
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the Burnet County Elections Commission and Elections Office:
(a) Acknowledge Burnet County Elections Commission has accepted resignation of Michael Evans;
(b) Acknowledge Burnet County Elections Commission has appointed Stephanie Ellis as Interim Elections Administrator;
(c) Authorize payment of wages through April 13, 2026, to Michael Evans for three (3) days Emergency Leave and two (2) days sick leave, without him being physically present on his final day of employment;
(d) Authorize Stephanie Ellie to receive Grade 72 Level 1 pay during her term as Interim Elections Administrator with an effective date of April 6, 2026.
