(a) Herman Brown Free Library transferring $12,000 from Part Time, fund 200-6500-1070, to Clerk/ Support Staff, fund 200-6500-1040 to cover the new full-time position;
(b) Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 transferring $28,000 from Part Time, fund 100-4510-1070, to Clerk, fund 100-4510-1040, to cover the new full-time position;
(c) County Court at Law transferring $500 from Telephone/ Cell/ Mobile, fund 100-4250-4200, to Operating Supplies, fund 100-4250-3300 for office chairs and desks;
(d) Sheriff's Office transferring$14,712.03 from Mach/ Equip (Inventoried), fund 100-5600-5750, to Mach/ Equip (Capitalized), fund 100-5600-5760 for a communication system for on scene emergency communications situations.
