An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, Commissioners, and County Clerk the Friday preceding the meeting. Public comment for items listed on this agenda will be heard when the agenda item is called.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the adoption of a resolution remembering the victims of the July 5, 2025, floods, recognizing the individuals and organizations who assisted in the response and recovery efforts, and directing Burnet County to issue Certificates of Appreciation to businesses that donated time, services, and materials to assist Burnet County citizens. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding setting a public hearing on the County Clerk Records Archive Plan for August 11, 2026, at 9:30 am, during the regularly scheduled commissioners court meeting. (Wilson/ Stafford)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action for a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) and step increase for the use and calculation of the FY27 Burnet County proposed budget regarding the following appointed positions:
