Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 (b), any person may make comment on any item appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be addressed by the Commissioners Court during the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Discussion and/or action concerning the reappointment of Dr. Juliette Madrigal as the Burnet County Health Authority, effective until December 31, 2026 (Oakley)

Discussion and/or action concerning possibly changing the regularly scheduled Commissioner Court date of June 25th, 2024 (Oakley)
 
6.
FY 24-25 Budget Workshop.  The members of the Commissioners Court will meet to discuss and/or take action in the preparation of the FY 24-25 Burnet County Budget, including but not limited to, addressing all Burnet County government department budgets and/or requests, county policy, county procedures, county goals & philosophies, budget timelines, plus compensation benefits and/or priorities (Oakley/Smith)

Discussion and/or action to amend 11.09 Non-Travel Meal policy to include drinks and refreshments for the County-Wide Healthy County Event (Oakley/Smith)

Discussion and/or action to approve the updated SAVNS/VINE Maintenance plan (Oakley/Smith)
 
9.
Discussion and/or action regarding the hiring of Colton Ripley for the position of County Extension Agent, 4-H and Youth Development, effective June 3, 2024 (Oakley/Tarla)
 
10.
Discussion and/or action regarding the release of Site Improvement Bonds 7901076802 and 7901076803 for the Big Creek Ranch Subdivision, Phase 1 and 2 and acceptance of Maintenance Bond 7901142862 for a period of 2 years from this date (Luther)
 
11.
Discussion and/or action regarding the release of Performance Bond 4438084 for River Hills Ranch, Phase 3, and the acceptance of Maintenance Bond 4438084 for a period of 2 years from this date (Beierle)
 
12.
Discussion and/or action regarding a quitclaim deed to Richard York for a 0.065 acre tract of land out of the north half of the unimproved portion of the Burnet to Fort Mason Crossing public road in the Smith Bailey Svy. No. 100, Abst. No. 55, lying adjacent to the southern boundary lines of lots 154-158, Enchanted Valley  Section 1, pursuant to Sections 251.001 and 251.058 of the Texas Transportation Code (Luther)

Discussion and/or action regarding the replat of lots 61 and 62, Sherwood Shores III, Sec. A, to be known as lot 61A, Sherwood Shores III, Sec. A, a combination of 2 lots into 1 (Luther)

Discussion and/or action regarding the replat of lots 13 and 14, amended plat of Big Creek Ranch, Phase 1, to be known as lots 13A and 14A, amended plat of Big Creek Ranch, Phase 1, moving the lot line for lot 14, 10 feet into lot 13 (Luther)
 
15.
Discussion and/or action regarding the preliminary plat approval for Hollingsworth Business Park South, a public subdivision consisting of 5 lots on 17.91 acres located 9330 E. SH. 71 (Dockery)

Executive Session. Discussion with Burnet County Commissioner's Court and the County Civil Attorney(s) and/or the County Attorney in accordance with Texas Government Codes 551.071. The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code including, but not limited to, Sections: 551/071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices), 551.087 (Economic Development), 418.183 (Deliberations about Homeland Security Issues), 551.0725 (Contracts being negotiated).
