Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding approving Road and Bridge Precinct 3 to enter private property at 1108 CR 342C, Marble Falls, Texas 78654 and remove a tree that has the potential to fall and block CR 342C. Property owner Theresa Adcocks has given permission for entry into property and removal of said tree. (Collier)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the lease of a new postage machine for the Main Courthouse located at 220 S. Pierce St, Burnet, Texas 78611.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding approval for Burnet County Precinct 4 crew members to construct and install a sign bracket for the Fuchs House plaque at the Falls on the Colorado Museum. The Falls on the Colorado Museum is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit and will furnish all materials for the bracket construction and installation. This action will further preserve the history of Burnet County therefore serving a public purpose. (Dockery)

b. Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Liberty County and Burnet County for Jail Services;
c. County Child Welfare Services Non-Financial Agreement with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) beginning October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2032;
d. Amendment No. I for Burnet County Annex Renovation/Expansion to have all pay applications to include a signature spot for the Architect and to be notarized;
e. Interlocal Agreement between Burnet County and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) to make improvements to portions of CR 104 and CR 105 to better serve ingress/egress to the newly created state park to be known as Post Oak Ridge State Park. Said agreement calls for improvements such as road widening, pavement repairs, widening of surface, hot mix overlay, and safety improvements to the roadways. Improvements on CR 104 shall be for an approximate 2 mile distance between its intersection to CR 105 and to FM 1478. Costs of right of way acquisitions to belong to Burnet County but improvement expenses that are pre-approved shall be reimbursed by TPWD. Improvements to CR 105 shall be for an approximate distance of 4 miles. Right of way acquisition for CR 105 shall be performed by Burnet County but reimbursed by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Thereafter, maintenance to CR105 shall be transferred to TPWD so it may become a Park Road and all improvements be performed at TPWD expense;
f. The Tocker Foundation's Newspaper Digitization Grant for digitally preserving Herman Brown Free Library's historic microfilm, which will be made available on the Portal to Texas History; and
g. The 2025-2026 Renewal Notice and Benefit Confirmation from the Texas Association of Counties Health and Employee Benefits Pool.

a. Burnet County's response to Bell County East to Big Hill 765-kV Transmission Project - LCRA/ ONCOR;
b. Determining whether Burnet County Commissioners Court should declare this issue as an unforeseen grave necessity or emergency related to the proposed transmission lines;
c. Hiring attorneys or other professionals to represent Burnet County before the PUC and other regulatory agencies concerning the proposed transmission lines. Said attorney's and other professional fees should not exceed $100,000; and
d. Paying attorney's or other professionals fees from the existing FY25 fund balance.
