Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007, the commissioners court allows any person to make comment on any item appearing on the agenda, however in this section of public comment any person may make comment on items not posted on the agenda.  Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

a. Approval for additional services with Levy Dykema through October 31, 2025;
b. Approval for the Tour Texas Destination Content Plan Renewal;
c. Approval for Public Defender Michelle Moore to discuss reimbursement rate with the Texas Indigent Defense Commission (TIDC) for the FY26 TIDC North Hill Country Public Defenders' Office Improvement grant;
d. Approval to accept the FY26 MVCPA grant for the Heart of Texas Auto Task Force; and 
e. Approval for Alpha Omega Wireless quote for TIPS contract # 240101 for a re-cable installation at County Road 208 that is causing occasional outages at a radio site.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Burnet County declaring August Emergency Management Awareness and Appreciation Month: (Dockery)
a. Joining local governments and the Capital Area Council of Governments in recognizing the dedication of emergency managers in all fields, including municipal, county, school district, university, state, and the private sector;
b. Declaring and acknowledging the tremendous work our local emergency managers perform throughout the year, but most notably for their relentless work during the July 2025 flood disaster.
