TITLE
Discussion Item: Citizen petition regarding City water
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Council's pleasure. If further discussion is desired by a majority of the Council, this item would be placed on a future agenda.
INFORMATION
At the October 16, 2012, Council Meeting, a citizen petition was received by Ann Marie Zeller and Hailey Sherwood requesting that the Council further examine its use of water supplies, as further outlined in the attached petition.
Article II, Section 17 of the Flagstaff City Charter requires that once a petition is presented to the City Manager that it come before the Council at the next Regular Meeting. As outlined in Rule 11.05 of the Council Rules of Procedure, this item has been placed on the agenda as a Discussion Item to determine if there is a majority of the Council wishing to give this further consideration at a future meeting.
