Findings:
1/2 of the windows were replaced prior to adoption of energy code adoption that requires HPO review for 50+ homes. Inspection of replaced are close but without upper divided lites - primary facade (street side) previously replaced. For compatibilty reasons HPO approved replacement of remaining - approved with conditions.
