Findings:

The recently submitted revised drawings indicate recommended HPO revisions for compatibility with the Southside District.

Information:

The most recently submitted drawings are a revision of a previously submitted project by a designer that was not in compliance with design standards or compatibility with the District. An architect has how submitted a compatible design and material selection & placement that  can be reviewed within the ongoing process. The previous design submission was not acceptable. The Architect has submitted a perspective that shows the existing historic duplex in place that is being retained and shields and lessens the impact of the new larger duplex. The gray form is a representation of the River side Church.
