Findings:
Location presents the high likelihood of subsurface archeological resources. Area is though highly disturbed by industrial activities. The site survey will likely not find surface indications because of disturbed surfaces, but adjacent known sites indicating subsurface finds. Initial HPO requirement will be the preparation of a CRS Letter Report that will set the direction for additional requirements.
