Findings:

Project was approved for HP compliance because it is not in the Southside District. Planner requested that the HPO provide compatibility evaluation because project is immediately adjacent to Southside Historic District.  Transect zoning requests a architectural style, HPO provided architectural description of an appropriate commercial + bungalow style.
