Background and History:

The Procurement Section identified a cooperative purchase to utilize for Roofing Products and Services. A public agency, Region 4 Education Service Center partnered with National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance Company (National IPA), an affiliate of OMNIA Partners, LLC, to conduct a competitive and open procurement process that resulted in a cooperative purchase contract. OMNIA Partners now owns National IPA and new numbers have been assigned to the contract with Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. Cooperative contract R2001108 is through Omnia Partners and Cooperative Contract R18093 is through National IPA. Although the numbering has changed, Procurement staff determined that the procurement was a fair and competitive process and the resulting cooperative purchase contract is applicable to this project.
