The ordinance working group proposed edits and updates to the Flagstaff Sustainability Commission ordinance document. Sustainability Director, Nicole Antonpolous, and staff liaison Tia Hatton Tenny met to discuss staff recommendations on proposed ordinance updates. Then, three Commissioners (Chari Wolkowinsky, Commissioner Konkel, and Commissioner Scurlock) met in June to discuss edits. These proposed edits are now for the full commission review, discussion, and vote. The edits will then go to the City Council for their review, which will require a legal review and two readings at City Council.
