FINDINGS:
Report reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Officer. No significant cultural resources eligible for listing in the National, State, or Flagstaff Registers of Historic Places were identified within the study area.
INFORMATION:
LA Neal Consulting, LLC completed a Class I records review of previous archaeological surveys conducted on 446.5 acres of vacant, undeveloped land at the Southeast Corner of Woody Mountain Rd. and Interstate 40 and documented the findings in a Letter Report Cultural Resource Study. The land is currently an Arizona State Trust parcel referred to as Starlight Trail and under a certificate of purchase for private ownership. The study was conducted ahead of future development.
