FINDINGS:
The updated Phase I Cultural Resource Study for 205 S. Park St. was reviewed by the Heritage Preservation Officer and it was determined to have met the conditions for resubmittal.
INFORMATION:
The Heritage Preservation Commission approved the Phase I Cultural Resource Study for 205 S. Park St. on September 17, 2025 with conditions to make changes to the study and resubmit to the Heritage Preservation Officer to approve changes made to the study administratively. The conditions were to clearly note that the building was assessed after demolition and change the tense of the narrative to reflect that, and to conduct further research into the relationship to two identical bungalows in the neighborhood that were previously demolished.
