This property is located within the Downtown Historic Overlay Zone and subject to its design guidelines for signs. The property is a contributor to the Railroad Addition Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The proposed sign plans, which are limited to a face change of an existing sign, were determined to conform to the design guidelines and meet the criteria for a Certificate of No Effect.
