REQUESTED ACTION:
This is a request from the Museum of Northern Arizona (MNA) for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the demolition of the Bird’s Nest building and its reconstruction with similar architectural detailing.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve a Certificate of Appropriateness with the following condition, the architectural plans should fully reflect the original character of the 1928 design and includes the unique birds nest detailing at the gable end ridge.
