FINDINGS:
Update on a new code compliance case regarding a historic property
INFORMATION:
The property owner self-reported a code compliance issue: historic signs and lighting had been removed from the restaurant portion of the building without their permission. Staff will update the Commission on this case. A Phase 1 Cultural Resource Study has been requested, and a mitigation proposal is being developed.
