TITLE:
Public Hearing: PZ-25-00087-02 Concept Zoning Map Amendment: Hidden Haven Estates
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the Planning & Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in this report, forward the Concept Zoning Map Amendment to the City Council with a recommendation to approve an amendment to the Zoning Map for 13.1 acres from Rural Residential (RR) to Single-Family Residential (R1) zone with Resource Protection Overlay (RPO), with the following condition:
1. The required water and sewer mains shall be extended from the existing Sioux Drive throughout the proposed development as determined at Civil Plan Review.
