TITLE:
PZ-26-00136: City’s request for a Zoning Code Text Amendment to modify provisions in Zoning Code Chapter 10-20: Administration, Procedures, and Enforcement, Division 10-20.50: Common Procedures and Division 10-20.50: Amendments to the Zoning Code Text and the Zoning Map to require a pre-application meeting for a Zoning Map Amendment, remove submittal requirements based on the size of the development, and remove the two-pronged approach.
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in this report, make a recommendation to the City Council for approval of PZ-26-00136 Zoning Map Amendment Zoning Code Text Amendment.
