Discussion Item: "Open for Business Media Tour."  Request Council's approval to represent the City in this manner with approved talking points.

Mayor Nabours and Councilmember Oravits are proposing a tour of Metropolitan Phoenix media outlets to promote Flagstaff.  The focus is on encouraging businesses to think of Flagstaff for their expansion, relocation, or entrepreneurial efforts.  The tour would also seek to dispel any myths that the City was closed for business and/or economic growth.  The City Manager requested Economic Vitality and ECONA to draft some sample talking points for consideration by the full Council.  See attached draft.
