TITLE:
Council Listening Tour
Every fifth Tuesday in a month, two or three businesses will present to Council regarding their current status and experiences operating in Flagstaff. City staff will work to have a business sector theme, such as manufacturing each of these Tuesdays. This means that each presenter will be working within that sector as to provide a better overview of the sector.

City staff will work to have a business sector theme, such as manufacturing each of these Tuesdays. This means that each presenter will be working within that sector as to provide a better overview of the sector.
DESIRED OUTCOME:
The desired outcome of the Business Listening Tour is the Council's receipt of information regarding the business community in Flagstaff. Council has been invited to tour the facilities of the businesses that present this evening. The tour will occur on the morning of Thursday, November 1st. Council will be visiting each facility for approximately 45 minutes.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City of Flagstaff Economic Development Program works with several local and regional business and service providers. The Business Listening Tours bring partners and Council together for a greater mutual understanding of their sector and business.
INFORMATION:
October is Manufacturing Month in Arizona. The manufacturers will present an introduction of themselves and their business, followed by their biggest challenge, and concluding with their greatest recent business success. The businesses scheduled to present are Prent Thermoforming, Planet Rider, and Love you Foods.
