Findings:
Facade grant was to replace non-historic changes in windows with compatible true-divided light quality window that were is keeping with the original metal windows in the historic malpais stone facade original portion of the main street facing building. Project replaced remaining deteriorated metal window that remained. Project selected quality true-divided light windows with architectural divisions consistent with historic patterns that were avaliable.The project also included a compatible door and stair rail replacement. The result is a consistent restored historic appearance.
