Findings:
Phase 2 Cultural Resource Report previously accepted for demolition of 4 properties. Inventory update can now include Civil Rights era sites, El-Charro sit-in can changes status of 409 if HP incentives are considered. Yet Phase 2 report stands and allows project with addition to proceed. HPO will assist if other IDS reviews allow for project proposed.
