Review and discussion

For this meeting, the PAC/BAC agenda was created using Agenda Quick, a platform used by the City to create, track, and publish agendas and minutes for City Council and commission meetings. Using this platform will bring PAC and BAC in line with the City Council and other commissions, many of which are already using Agenda Quick. In the short term, all City boards and commissions will be required to use the platform. The committees can review the experience of accessing the agenda from the user side, and discuss any potential modifications or enhancements to the new agenda format.
