Executive Summary:
Preparation of a comprehensive complete streets/safe streets master plan for Flagstaff, using grant funding through the Safe Streets for All grant program.

Updates:
- MetroPlan of Greater Flagstaff initiated their official contract with consultant Kittelson and Associates on November 6, 2025
- Project management kick-off meetings will be held in early December, with an extensive Visioning and Foundations project component beginning early next year
- A more detailed presentation on the Safe Streets Master Plan will be given to the Transportation Commission at their December 3rd meeting
