SUBJECT:
Approval of letter supporting the submittal of a Mobility Enhancement Grant application by the St. Lucie County Community Transportation Coordinator to the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged.
SUMMARY:
The awarding of this grant will provide free public transportation for the residents of St. Lucie County who are economically disadvantaged, which includes the elderly and disabled. This six month pilot project would begin January 1, 2017.
The Transit Planning Manager, Murriah Dekle, requests the letter of support by September 23, 2016.

Approval of letter of support.
