FINDINGS/ORDER:

February 19, 2014 Special Magistrate found Dreida Goodman (Estate) responsible for the violation(s) referenced above and gave her 10 days to comply or a fine of $150.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

March 5, 2014 an inspection was made; the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
Prior to recording a lien, Staff found this property was in an estate. Fines were were deleted.  A new hearing was scheduled with notice sent to Ruby Williams.
 August 6, 2014 the Special Magistrate reaffirmed her orders of February 19, 2014.
August 19, 2014 another inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines were restarted.
January 2, 2015 an inspection was made, the property is now in compliance, the fines stopped.
October 15, 2015 fan Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was recorded.
January 17, 2019 received Request for Reduction.

Total accrued fines $20,430.00 ($30.00 recording fees)
