SUBJECT:

Legislative Hearing -  Ordinance 19-026 extending the territorial limits of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, to include a 4.42-acre, unaddressed parcel generally located on the north side of Orange Avenue between La Jean Drive and North 39th Street in Fort Pierce, Florida.  FIRST READING

SUMMARY:

Approval of a Voluntary Application for Annexation of two parcels of land along with the Zoning designations of I-1, Light Industrial, and Future Land Use Designations of I, Industrial for each parcel.
