SUBJECT:

Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 19-025 extending the territorial limits of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, to include an unaddressed parcel generally located on the north side of Smallwood Avenue, approximately 355 feet east of the intersection of Smallwood Avenue and US Highway 1 in Fort Pierce, Florida.  FIRST READING 

SUMMARY:

Approval of Voluntary Applications for Annexation of three parcels of land along with the Zoning designations of C-3, General Commercial, and Future Land Use Designations of CG, General Commercial for each parcel.

Parcel ID# 3403-805-0158-000-9 has a Taxable Value of $105,600 and a 2018 tax bill of $2,090.22. Parcel ID# 3403-805-0156-000-5 has a Taxable Value of $69,345 and a 2018 tax bill of $1,696.23.
