SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 19-028 amending Floodplain Management Ordinance. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
This amendment is to delete references to the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals, amend section 5-316.102 to correct the effective date of the initial flood rate insurance maps and to clarify market value determination criteria.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval to the amendment to Floodplain Management Ordinance 19-005.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the amendment at this time.
