FINDINGS/ORDER:

March 20, 2019 Special Magistrate Ross found Palm Haven Ocean Development LLC responsible for the violations referenced above and gave them 15 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $50.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

  1. April 13, 2019 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
  2. September 17, 2019 an inspection was made, the property was now in compliance, the fines stopped.
  3. Learned of new owner and contacted Mr. Tarr prior to lien being filed.
  4. November 26, 2019 received Reduction Request from Mr. Tarr.

Total fines $7,880.00 (includes $30.00 recording fees).  There is no recorded lien.

RECOMMENDATION:
