Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 21-008 Text Amendment of Chapter 125 to facilitate the construction of duplexes on nonconforming lots as well as clarify and correct the maximum density allowed in certain zoning districts. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
Text Amendment - Chapter 125 - Residential Construction - The request seeks to modify three (3) sections of Chapter 125 in order to facilitate the construction of duplexes on nonconforming lots as well as clarify and correct the maximum density allowed in certain zoning districts in a manner consistent with the maximum densities permitted in the City’s Comprehensive Plan as listed within their respective Future Land Use designations.
