SUBJECT:
Approval of a Release of Unity of Title for 1569 and 1573 Thumb Point Drive.
SUMMARY:
In 2015, a Unity of Title was secured by the owners of both 1569 Thumb Point Drive and 1573 Thumb Point Drive to allow for a garden on 1569 Thumb Point Drive. The property at 1573 Thumb Point Drive has a home and the property at 1569 Thumb Point is vacant but wanted to be used as a garden with a fence surrounding. The Unity of Title was required as vacant parcels are not permitted to have a fence without a structure.
Subsequently, the owners sold the property at 1573 Thumb Point Drive but have maintained ownership of the property located at 1569 Thumb Point Drive. The fence at 1569 Thumb Point Drive was removed in October 2021.
The Release of Title is now requested by the owners of 1573 Thumb Point Drive.
