SUMMARY:
ONE (1) LOT AT OR NEAR 5500 ORANGE AVENUE IN FORT PIERCE
This One (1) parcel is part of a block of twenty-four (24) parcels all subject to utility agreements with the City of Fort Pierce, and Fort Pierce Utility Authority. The agreements provide for the annexation of the subject property at a time that it becomes contiguous with the City limit. An additional parcel owned by the City and FPUA is also subject to the City initiated annexation package.
The annexation agreements were signed between 1993 and 2006 and bind subsequent heirs, successors or assigns to annex into the City limits once the condition to annex has been met.
That condition has recently been met and will subsequently be further met with the proposed sequence of processing of this and the remaining annexations in ten separate Ordinances.
The Current Zoning and Future land use of the properties will not be amended at this time and will remain as designated/categorized by St. Lucie County
