SUBJECT:
Resolution 16-R11 - Amending the State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) approved on March 2, 2015 via Resolution #15-R10.
SUMMARY:
Amendment to SHIP LHAP 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18, removing Strategy #5, Replacement of Site Built Housing, as recommended by the City Commission 2/8/16. Advertised 30-day public review/comment period, and a public hearing was held during the City Commission meeting on 4/4/16.
RECOMMENDATION:
Pass Resolution #16-R11, Amending the SHIP LHAP for Program Years 2015/16, 2016/17, and 2017/18.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not pass Resolution #16-R11.
