SUBJECT:
Request the purchase of two (2) 60" Dixie Choppers mowers in the amount not to exceed $19,868.
SUMMARY:
The Public Works Department is seeking to replace aging mowers within the fleet with two (2) new 60" Dixie Chopper Xcaliber 3360 EFI Commercial Mowers.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Department recommends awarding Bid No. 2016-034 to Jordan Mower, Inc. Jordan Mower was the only bidder to provide a complete bid for the exact items requested, therefore, they were the lowest most responsive bidder.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
