- June 1, 2016 Special Magistrate found Kenan Poturkovic responsible for the violations listed above and gave him 90 days to obtain a permit and comply to all conditions of the permit or a fine of $100.00 would be assessed.
- September 13, 2016 the Code Enforcement Officer exercised his authorization to grant an extension of 90 days and issued a warning that if the property doesn’t come into compliance by the end of extension the owner will have to go before the Special Magistrate to request another extension.
- November 29, 2016 received request for additional time.
