FINDINGS/ORDER:

September 16, 2015 the Special Magistrate found Damion Mackey responsible for the violations referenced above and gave him 60 days to obtain a permit and comply to all conditions of the permit or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

  1. November 23, 2015 spoke to Rod Waller he advised he'd renew the permit and complete work.  Officer issued a 90 day extension.
  2. December 17, 2015 permits renewed.
  3. June 20, 2016 permits expired; no contact from property owner, the fines started.
  4. June 28, 2016 the permit was renewed, fines will continue to accrue until a final inspection has been approved.
  5. January 5, 2017 the permit expired, fines will continue to run.
  6. January 13, 2017 a second notice of fines accumulating was sent to the property owner.
  7. February 6, 2017 received letter from Mr. Mackey disagreeing with the violations and the fines.
  8. February 14, 2017 the accrued fines are $23,920.00 ($20.00 recording fees) and continuing to accrue at $100.00 per day.
