CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

1. Replace smoke alarms as required.
2. Window repairs that have been made are not code compliant. Windows must be openable for egress. Repair all damaged and/or missing window hardware and glazing.
3. Repair or replace the bath tub faucet and handles.
4. Install weather stripping and door sweeps so that the doors are weather-tight.
5. There are several electrical receptacles not working. Hire a properly licensed electrician to repair or replace the wiring and/or receptacles.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
