CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please repair broken window located in the front of the house. A permit may be required. Please contact the building department at (772)467-3000.
- Please repair deteriorated trim and pressure wash/paint where molding or staining has occurred.
- Please move trash containers to the back or side of the house.
- Please remove bricks, plywood, trash, gas cans, tools and all other miscellaneous items located throughout the yard.
- Please register or remove non-operable vehicles located in the back of the house.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
