SUBJECT:
Approval of lease between the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency and the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County, Inc. for utilization of the HDRC, Percy Peek Gymnasium for a term of one (1) year.
SUMMARY:
The Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County, Inc. is seeking to utilize the gym to operate a youth training and recreational program.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve lease agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Approve with modified conditions or do not approve.
