- September 6, 2017 Special Magistrate found Lewis Lucian III responsible for the violation referenced above and gave him 60 days to obtain a permit and comply to all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.
- November 20, 2017 The Building Department Investigator exercised his authorization to grant an extension of 90 days and issued a warning that if the property doesn’t come into compliance by the end of extension the owner will have to go before the Special Magistrate to request another extension.
