FINDINGS/ORDER:
September 5, 2007 Special Magistrate Blandino found Joan R. Stevenson (Est) responsible for the violations and gave her 30 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $200.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- October 8, 2007 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- November 14, 2007 an "order assessing fine and imposing lien" was recorded.
- April 13, 2009 an inspection was made, the property was now in compliance, the fines stopped.
- October 8, 2018 received "request for reduction or rescindment" from Evonne McArthur
- The accrued fines are $110,610.00.
