September 5, 2007 Special Magistrate Blandino found Joan R. Stevenson (Est) responsible for the violations and gave her 30 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $200.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

October 8, 2007 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
November 14, 2007 an "order assessing fine and imposing lien" was recorded.
April 13, 2009 an inspection was made, the property was now in compliance, the fines stopped.
October 8, 2018 received "request for reduction or rescindment" from Evonne McArthur
The accrued fines are $110,610.00.
