SUBJECT:
Approve Construction Management of Florida, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-017 for an amount not to exceed $26,111 for rehabilitation of 208 North 29th Street, funded through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP), the City may approve Owner-Occupied Housing rehabilitations with SHIP funds to upgrade substandard homes. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible owner-occupied households on a first come, first qualified, first served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Construction Management of Florida, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-017 for an amount not to exceed $26,111.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid #2018-017 to Construction Management of Florida, Inc.
