RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the claim by Luis Adrian Marin-Blanquet.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant Luis Adrian Marin-Blanquet alleges that on August 18, 2024, at Jim Thorpe Park, he sustained bodily injury when a playground swing "snapped" and fell on his face.
