Consultant Agreement with Kimley Horn to provide CEQA analysis for a project at the Hawthorne Municipal Airport.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Approve the Agreement with Kimley Horne for consulting services.
DISCUSSION:
The attached contract is to provide professional consulting services for a potential billboard project at the Hawthorne Municipal Airport. The costs of this contract are fully reimbursable by the applicant, Advanced Air, LLC under a separate Reimbursement Agreement, also attached. The Reimbursement Agreement covers a bit more than the Professional Services Agreement to cover staff time and the cost of public hearings.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
Goal 2: Develop revenue-generating programs and adjust fees.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact. The cost of this agreement is covered by a Reimbursement Agreement with the project applicant.
