The Finance Director requests approval of the warrants. Motion to approve the warrants.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff Recommends that the City Council approve the warrants issued for the period of 05/13/2026 to 05/26/2026 for a total of $3,110,438.97.
DISCUSSION:
Staff is required to issue checks to the vendors that provide goods and services to the City of Hawthorne.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
Develop and implement clear, business-friendly methods of communicating useful and helpful information to vendors.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None. Funds for these payments of the amount of $3,110,438.97 are available in the adopted Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget.
