Requesting approval to purchase a Fire Brush Truck from Municipal Fire Apparatus Specialists, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder, for the City of La Joya in the amount of $227,228.89.  UCP Fiscal Year 2024 City of La Joya funds will be utilized.

1. Hidalgo County Purchasing Department opened bids on June 25, 2025. One bid was received and reviewed. The lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Municipal Fire Apparatus Specialists, LLC.  The Fire Brush Truck will be utilized by the City of La Joya Fire Department.  Delivery is expected within 330 calendar days from the date of order execution. The supporting documents are attached for reference.
